PRESETS
How do I try-out your presets? And how long will it take to get the preview?
Easy, peasy! You can send up to 3 images per preset you want to try-out in a .jpg and/or RAW format to us via email on forbiddenpanther@gmail.com. Give us up to 3 days to get them sent back to you but we aim to have it sorted within 1 day of receiving them!
REFUNDS, RETURNS & POLICIES
We know we can’t exactly stop you from doing so but it’d be great if you do not resell or give away our presets! It’s not cool and we’d really appreciate it if you respected our work! Also, while you’re (possibly) still reading this, due to the nature of our products (the presets), we cannot offer returns or refunds except if you’ve accidentally bought the same preset more than once or should the wrong amount payable be taken from your bank account (greater than), we will refund the difference. Any other queries about our refunds and policies, just shoot us a message!
